When to Use the Form:
- Unsatisfied with Customer Service: If you’ve already contacted customer service about your queries but didn’t receive a satisfactory resolution. - Feedback and Suggestions: If you’d like to share ideas or feedback that could help us improve.
How We Handle Complaints:
- Dedicated Team: When a complaint is submitted, it is forwarded to a dedicated complaints team, which is independent of the customer service team and is comprised of senior members of our management.
- Thorough Investigation: Each complaint is investigated thoroughly to ensure all concerns are addressed effectively.
- Quick Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 24 working hours of receiving them.
- Customer Notification: Once the issue is resolved, our Complaints Team will email you with the results of the investigation and any actions taken to address your concerns.
