As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing the human resources functions of our remote & UK team. This includes overseeing HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR Management experience.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Contribute to workforce planning initiatives to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process and collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR matters and address employee relations issues.
  • Oversee performance management processes and provide coaching to managers.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and 5 years Management experience.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
